Our Juniors martial arts programme in Tamworth is built for school-age children aged 6–12. A typical Juniors class includes a warm-up, technique and pad/partner work, discipline and respect built into the structure, and plenty of encouragement.
Children wear comfortable clothing to start — we'll sort kit and uniform once they're settled. Parents are welcome to watch.
