Business Manager & Safeguarding Officer — 4th Degree Black Belt
KKN Carole Vickers is the organisational heart of Tamworth Martial Arts. Combining the roles of Business Manager and Safeguarding Officer, she makes sure the school runs smoothly day to day while keeping the welfare of every student at the centre of everything we do.
As Business Manager, Carole looks after the everyday running of the club — from memberships and bookings to communication with families and the smooth organisation of classes, gradings and events. Her work behind the scenes is what allows our instructors to focus on what they do best: teaching.
As our designated Safeguarding Officer, Carole is responsible for ensuring Tamworth Martial Arts remains a safe, welcoming and supportive environment for everyone — and especially for children and young people. She is a first point of contact for any safeguarding concern and works to keep our policies followed and up to date.
A 4th Degree Black Belt, Carole trains and teaches alongside the rest of the team and brings years of martial arts experience to her work. Her commitment both on and off the mat makes her an integral part of the Tamworth Martial Arts family.
