Our Little Dragons Programme is designed specifically for children aged 3–5 years. Delivered in structured 30-minute sessions, these classes introduce young students to the fundamentals of martial arts through age-appropriate techniques, basic stances, simple kicks, blocks, and controlled movement activities.
The programme aligns with key early learning stage principles by supporting the development of coordination, balance, focus, listening skills, and respectful behaviour.

Training includes breathwork and mindful movement to improve focus and self-control, alongside traditional martial arts skills such as stances, strikes, kicks, blocks, joint locking techniques, traditional forms, combat platforms, weapons training, and acrobatics.
